Pervinca is located in the territory of Alto Monferrato and is close to several tourist sites, wellness and shopping areas.

• Rocca Grimalda: The old town is known for the Masquerade Museum and the Lachera, one of the oldest and most fascinating popular carnivals: a colorful wedding procession characterized by a crescendo of sounds, snaps and rattlesnake tintinnare.

• Gavi: the capital of Val Lemme, is a medieval jewel with numerous Romanesque artworks. On the mountain that overlooks the town, the imposing Fort is majestic.

• Ovada: Its old town is made up of rather narrow animated streets, overlooked by palaces with painted facades.

• Novi Ligure: the city gives the visitor the splendor of patrician houses that once belonged to the Ligurian nobility. Novi  is also home to the famous chocolate trade-mark and  a bicycle Museum    dedicated to the great cycling championships of all time, featuring two great cyclists Girardengo and  Coppi.

• Acqui Terme: well known for its thermal spas, offers foods for the most refined palates.

• Many activities can be found for those who do not want to miss the opportunities offered by the surrounding area

• Horseback  riding: just a few minutes drive to San Giacomo (part of Rocca Grimalda) there are several riding schools.

• Swimming :  A few kms from the B & B you will find the swimming pool parks of Lavagello, Capriata d'Orba and Lerma, equipped with slides and water activities for children.

• Wellness:   Approximately 20 km from the B & B you will find the baths of Acqui, a modern wellness center in Acqui Terme (AL), where comfortable surroundings and experiences make the shortest of the stays pleasant and unforgettable.

• Golf: Immersed in the High Monferrato there are several golf courses including Villa Carolina and Bollina.

• Sports:   Many public outdoor areas can be found in Rocca Grimalda, while in Ovada , at Geirino, there is a large indoor sports complex. Geirino is a municipal sports center immersed in the green countryside and has equipment for tennis, soccer, volleyball, handball and basketball.

• Shopping: A few miles from the property is the Outlet of Serravalle Scrivia, where there are more than 200 clothing stores, footwear and accessories of the best brands with reduced prices and open all year round.
